How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. You can also main the RSVP card found in your invitation.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 15, 2025 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Can I change my RSVP?

If you need to change your RSVP, please contact us directly at (509) 939-4592. You can call or text this number.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Yes, please indicate your plus one when you RSVP

Are children invited?

Yes, please indicate children who will be attending on your RSVP

How do I get to the venue?

The address to the venue is 5011 W Cheney Plaza Rd. Rosalia, WA 99170 We recommend using maps or google maps for accurate navigation.

How far away is venue from Spokane?

Wheat and Willow is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Spokane

Will transportation be provided?

No

VENUE INFORMATION

What should I expect when I get to the venue?

Wheat and Willow is a venue located in the rolling wheat hills of the Palouse in Eastern Washington. The property is secluded in the middle of the wheat fields. There are large grassy lawns surrounding a big red barn. The ceremony and reception are both on site.

What weather should we expect?

The average weather for June 21st in Rosalia is 76 degrees per the Farmer's Almanac.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be out on the lawn and the reception will be indoors Wedding ceremony will move indoors if it rains

Yes, field parking area will be designated

Is there cell service available at the venue?

FOOD & DRINK

Will there be food served?

Yes, we are providing a taco truck from a local Spokane favorite, Tacos El Sol

Will there be drinks served?

Yes, we will be serving a Summer Solstice Red Sangria as well as a Summer Solstice White Sangria. We will also be serving beer and wine. There will be non alcoholic beverages, as well.

Will there be a gluten free option?

Yes, there will be a taco salad option and corn tortillas will also be available.

GIFTS/REGISTRY

Is there a gift registry?

No. We are so grateful for your love and support. We are excited to celebrate with you. No gifts please.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

No, we have not made arrangements for a hotel block so guests are responsible for their own accommodations. Please see "Spokane Hotels" section for our recommendations.
